B-Taq™ - Blood Direct Taq Polymerase

The B-Taq - Blood Direct Taq Polymerase is a superior Taq DNA Polymerase which can be used to directly amplify blood samples without the need for DNA isolation. The B-Taq - Blood Direct Taq Polymerase has stronger anti inhibitor capacity and high amplification efficiency. The extending speed of B-Taq - Blood Direct Taq Polymerase is 1-2 kb per minute. The PCR product adds an extra “A” on 3′- end of the DNA which can be useful for cloning in TA vector.
